PSI designs and builds machinery for packaging material
such as cellulose fiber, insulation material, wood mulch
products, or any other low density material that must be
compressed and packaged in high density, easy-to-handle
cubes for shipping and storage.
Our machines can be designed
for either lower volume manual infeed/outfeed operation
or as a completely automated infeed/outfeed integrated packaging
system for high volume production.

Fiber-Pak Cuber System
- Smoother operation with proportional valves (ram &
press)
- Touch screen operator interface
- PC based control system
- Can be linked to heatsealer and bag placer for centralized
control
- 360 - 400 bags per hour (Individual results may vary)

The
Fiber-Pak cuber compresses low density fiber products (celloulose,
refined wood, chopped hay, and shredded paper) into a compact
cube which is then inserted into a poly bag or poly wrap system
with the cube weights set between 25# and 50#. |
| Loose Fill
Bagger System
- Two filling heads which operate independently.
- Each bag weighs between 3# to 10#.
- The system comes complete with a surge
bin for raw material supply.
- The product is compressed slightly by the bagging process.

the bag with a Linear Ribbon Seal.

Compatible with our Fiber-Pak
Cuber system, the Ribbon Sealer
receives the filled poly bag, senses the open end, then
stops, tucks the open end and heat seals the bag with a
Linear Ribbon Seal.
